Well, it's taken a while to come down from the high of the Village Harvest Party. Even now, a month after the great gig you played for us, I'm still being asked how I knew about you and where you were from. I'd had in mind for years, to have you play for my 60th in the Village square. The set was every bit as good as when first I saw you play Fulford many years back. We've been supporting bands since the mid 90's, but I have to say, no act has been better! Now evey one is asking if you'll be back to do it again! A massive heartfelt thank to you all.

The Loose Cannons are sensational. The whole band put on a show from start to finish, playing a range of hits from different eras in their own unique and impactful style. One of the biggest highlights of our wedding day was seeing the room filled with our friends and family dancing and singing along, as the band brought the show to a close with real panache. I can't recommend the Cannons highly enough - what a way to complete our special day!

The Loose Cannons are ... amazing! We celebrated our wedding just over two months ago and our ears are still ringing, our feet still tapping and the heart still wanting more of the music. They were professional from the outset and utterly fantastic with the set list, changing songs, giving us versions and accommodating a vast breadth of music. Their energy on stage must be seen to be believed, it is extraordinary and the ultimate tonic to even those who always say 'I can't dance'. Even they were up until the small hours. My wife and I were so thrilled to have such a fun, courteous, professional and experienced band at the wedding. Music is always remembered at parties, our thank you letters can attest to this being point in case! Our huge thanks to you all, you were beyond all we had hoped and more. The Loose Cannons could light up any night, of that we have no doubt.

Having seen Loose Cannons headline at Dartmouth Regatta a number of years ago I knew they would be the perfect choice for our carnival event and they didn't disappoint, in fact everyone who came along we're raving about them for weeks! So much so we have booked them again for next year. The band are professional from the outset, tight knit both instrumentally and vocally. The range of songs on their playlist means there really is something for everyone, you can't help but get in the party spirit!

Hi John. We had the Loose Cannons in 2014 for the Honiton Spring Ball, everyone loved the band so much, they wanted it all to happen again. Within a week we had booked you again for this year, June 13 2015. Yet again everyone said it was a brilliant night and the band made it a wonderful night. I have been meaning to write all week to say how fantastic you all were at our friend,Rosie and Jack's wedding in Lustleigh last weekend - it was a great wedding but the band absolutely made the evening and everyone had such a great time dancing to the bitter end.

We searched high and low for bands for our wedding and having looked at all those in the south - as far away as London - The Loose Cannons stood out from day one. Which was handy as they were right on our doorstep! Right from the word go they were brilliant to work with, kindly letting us listen to their practices and trade ideas on which songs would make the final playlist. On the day itself they were fantastic - super organised and great company. When the band struck up, the dancefloor filled immediately and it stayed that way until their closing number. All ages were up and dancing, and the band played everything from funk and soul to some great pop numbers. They even let Jack sing a number with them! We would 110% recommend Loose Cannons for anyone looking for a brilliant band, be it a wedding, birthday or any other celebration. Such happy memories of the day - thank you so much.

Sion and I would ALSO like to say thanks for putting up with us both being at rehearsals with you and for giving us our 3 minutes of fame. It was an absolute honour to play with you. Extra big thank you to Benni, Andy & Andy for their time and dedication to us over the whole weekend. Because of them, the speeches, the 'mega mix' and your live sets all went smoothly. In addition, they made the Tipis look better than we could have imagined both with the stage and all the lighting. Immense. The Loose Cannons - Where to start, what an amazing band. To a man woman and child we were all up dancing the night away. The weather was not on our side so we needed to make sure the evening was perfect. The Cannons were superb. Great singers and musicians combining seamlessly. I just wish they could have played all weekend! We had a little trouble with our power supply but thanks to some quick thinking and some even quicker action Benni the technician from the Cannons was able to rectify the situation. So we can honestly say they saved the day. We have already been back on their web site to find out when we can see them next. Bring on Dartmouth regatta. Once again can't say it enough THANK YOU.

Dear "LOOSE CANNONS", What an absolutely fantastic band in every way. We booked you because we wanted a great dance after the Wedding Blessing celebrations at Dartington. From the start you were all so helpful and we came to hear a rehearsal and were completely hooked! Your set-up fitted around our day and when we came in to the Wedding Breakfast all was ready and looking very professional. A thirteen piece band like yours looks very impressive but when you began to play it was brilliant. People were up on that floor the minute the "First Dance" ended and the dancing continued all night. The sound you make is so good and everyone said you were the best band they had ever had at a party, wedding or anywhere. I have to admit to being unable to sit down in case I missed another great number. Some of the family who never dance were up there bopping away. Your interaction with the guests was fun, your outfits (especially the sparkly jackets) were appreciated and when you mingled with the guests on the dance floor and continued playing, it was such a laugh. I would like to say a massive thank you for making our day even more special. I wouldn't hesitate to book you again. In fact I'm desperate to book you again ! The band was AMAZING! So many people have said to us that they are the best band that they have ever heard at a wedding, and the proof is in how much everyone danced - they loved it, as did Dan and I (once we'd got our first dance over with!). The girls vs boys dance off was a huge hit, as was the grand finale of the band coming into the crowd, no one had seen anything like it before and they thought it was great fun. I can't wait to have another reason to hire the Loose Cannons again - we will be coming to one of your gigs in 2010!!

Thanks to all the guys in The Loose Cannons. Superb evening entertainment for our wedding, couldn't have asked for anything more. After trawling through Devon and Somerset for a band it was great to finally find The Loose Cannons, just what we wanted for the evening of our wedding. As soon as we met everyone we knew that it was the right decision. A really friendly bunch that enjoy what they do and are really good at it too. Ian has been fantastic throughout the planning of our wedding and a special thanks to everyone for letting my Dad rehearse with you and sing the first song and even more thanks for taking the time to learn it for us, it really made our night. All round fun bunch of people who know how to entertain, I just wish I had more time to dance! All our guests commented on what a good evening was had and that the music from the band was top notch and I think the girls caused a stir with some of our male guests. 100% recommend Loose Cannons to anyone... wedding, anniversary, work do... so adaptable they'll fit in anywhere. What can I say, The Loose Cannons playing in TK Maxx who would have thought it!! I would like to say thank you Loose Cannons for generously giving up your time and so willingly supporting us, to raise heaps of money for Comic Relief. The sales of Official Comic Relief Stella McCartney t-shirts (as modelled by the three sexy singers) went through the roof while the band were playing and we smashed our daily charity sales record!! We (The Loose Cannons Band) would like to take this opportunity to thank the guests at the Young Farmers Summer Ball. The generator supplying power to the whole event failed 20+ times during the evening, mainly in our sets. You guys support - singing, cheering, clapping, and good nature kept us going strong all night, especially in the quiet bits! What a fantastic crowd you were!! We had so much fab feedback from the night - we are chuffed!! Thank you soooo much!!

We had an SPSA meeting last night and all the feedback was 'great' 'great' 'great'!! ... especially the 2nd set! Everyone really enjoyed themselves and thought that when the guys came down onto the dance floor for the last song, was a really nice touch! It was also commented that it was a good mix of music – older (as in our era!) classic, dancy stuff with some newer ones. You may have also noticed that our 'theme' tunes went down rather well as well - very much appreciated, thank you! Thank you all for a really great evening. Myself and Zoë would just like to express our thanks to you all for playing at our wedding and providing a fantastic evenings entertainment to what was a perfect day. We all thought that your performance was second to none and did a great job of managing to coax everyone onto the dance floor and provide such a wide range of music which kept everyone happy and was really the icing on the cake for us. We have had numerous positive remarks regarding the band. A number of seasoned musicians who were undertaking a 'critical analysis' (probably too much to drink) of you also echoed similar remarks. One of our favourite parts was in 'Walking on Sunshine' when the brass section detached themselves from the band and undertook a reconnaissance mission of the surrounding areas and ensuring those at the bar in the attached room could hear what they were missing! The whole band had a excellent sound, obviously being mixed very professionally by the sound engineer. The brass section was outstanding and so were the two girl's voices, which added so much to the overall sound. A big thank you also to the chaps who kindly set up early in the afternoon and witnessed the Leaning Tower of Cake fall over! and to the rest of the band in the evening for being flexible with the timings. We would definitely recommend you to any of our friends for functions in the future so hope to see you again sometime.

Outstanding night. Two new singers added to the mix has only improved the Loose Cannons. We had them for the Uni's "Spring Social" and it was a superb evening - a few brave dancers got up from the word go - soon enough and sure enough the whole place was bopping. 2nd set (perhaps something to do with beer having loosened people's limbs) was especially good. Really good variety of music. Highly recommended for top notch entertainment.

Thank you from the RNLI 'Play that funky music'. You certainly did. What a night we all had. It was Trafalgar Day, and what could be more appropriate than to dedicate the evening to the RNLI. The people of Chudleigh, some young and some not so young, came out in droves to show their support. The band was The Loose Cannons Band and Chudleigh Town Hall was full to capacity to hear them. The people danced and sang and cheered to the bands large and varied repertoire of fantastic music and songs. A great BIG thank you to the band for making our wedding reception Brilliant! We had the most amazing day & what a way to finish it off! The 'Loose Cannons' played for our 40th birthday party in July and we are still living on our memories of this superb event. We had 120 friends coming to Devon from all over the country, some of whom we hadn't seen for years, so the music HAD to be good. Actually, it was ABSOLUTELY TOP!! I don't think there was a single person who didn't get up and boogie, and during the second set it was difficult to find space on the floor. We are still getting people contacting us to say how impressed they were with the band and how did we manage to find such a great one? The icing on the cake had to be 'Everybody Needs Somebody' from the Blues Brothers, at the end. It was impossible to sit down by this stage. The band were also really professional in their approach, from the set-up and sound manager, to the top-class musicianship. Thanks SO MUCH guys. To any prospective clients: Grab this band NOW before they get too famous (and busy!) to do your gig. Top quality, top people, top tunes.
